Brand Identity

Seven is an innovative recruitment company that specialises in middle to senior management positions within the FMCG sector. They have offices in Leeds, London and Warsaw. We were asked to completely reposition their brand as a people-focused, results-driven business. 

Recruitment really is a people business, so we built Seven’s new identity around informal portrait photography shot by Mat Wright that showed the human side of what they do. But it’s also a results-driven industry, so we introduced a range of numeric elements that express the credibility of their service through tangible results, statistics and figures. We introduced a clean, modern colour palette of yellow and grey, and devised a logo that bled off the top of the page to create a shape inspired by the figure 7.
